How to Order

***Please note: We are not taking any orders at this time. Thank you for your interest!***

  1. Email us, regarding the size and design of the cake that you need, or schedule an appointment (Remember,  3 weeks notice is required because we are not a walk-in, retail bakery.)
  2. Send inspiration pictures, flavors, and the estimated guest count.
  3. We will finalize the order with an online invoice and event agreement which has line item detail  about your order.
  4. Pay your invoice securely online with a credit card.
  5. We will confirm pick up or delivery times one week prior to your event. Orders must be paid in full 100% prior to being created.

When to Order

  • We strongly suggest a minimum lead time of at least 4-6 months  in advance for weddings/ large parties over 75 guests
  • 3 weeks for small parties with 50 guests or fewer  (everyone has a birthday!)
  • Dates fill up quickly and once we are booked, the calendar is closed.
  • All dates must be secured with a deposit, or paid in full at the time of order if they are less than $600. It’s best to reserve the date with a $150 deposit for parties/ $300 deposit for weddings and large events, even if you are not set on a design. We can always schedule another meeting, however we cannot save your date, or work on your event until it is officially booked.
    • Your detailed order will consist of three payments: $150 deposit to secure your event and TWO payments of 50% of the remaining balance.
  • We DO NOT have cakes readily available for pick up as we are not a retail, mass production bakery. THREE WEEKS (21 Days) notice minimum, or more, is required, No Exceptions.

How It’s Priced

Each cake is made and customized differently, and no two orders are exactly alike. Everything is custom-made to your specifications. Final price for all orders, is determined upon the following:

  • Time/ resources – how long it takes our staff to execute a particular design
  • Total guest count
  • Style of cakes: Bride and Groom/ cupcake tower/ table centerpiece cakes, etc.
  • Types of desserts and number of pieces
  • Design & Decorations: (sugar flowers, fondant, scroll work, shapes,patterns, etc)
  • Shape: Round/ Square/ Hexagon tiers/ 3D 0r sculpted
  • Icing type: Buttercream, Ganache, Fondant, Meringue, etc
  • Flavors and Fillings, Seasonal Fruits (Some recipes have premium ingredients)
  • Delivery & Set Up to your venue or location
  • Time – some techniques are more time-intensive than others
  • Custom Cake Stand Rentals (Rental price PLUS $300, 100%  refundable cleaning/ damage deposit required)
  • Additional items such as cookie favors, cupcake towers, petit fours, cake truffles, or full dessert buffets.
